I own the end-to-end product design for the first AI tool on the PRO platform, working closely with Director- and VP-level engineers. My role spans the full design process—from discovery and research to UX/UI design, prototyping, and user testing.

In addition to product design, I collaborate with engineers to design and refine system prompts, ensuring accurate responses aligned with compliance requirements and the platform’s expected communication style.
